- All guests must sign a LIABILITY RELEASE.
- Guest stays are confidential, as well as any information shared in Group Encouragement Sessions.
- Please plan to arrive and check-in for your stay between 3:00-5:00pm.
Guests are invited to enjoy a complimentary breakfast each morning. Double Honor GROUP Retreat Leaders will arrange and notify their attendees of additional meal arrangements.

Damage to any retreat property caused by willful or negligent behavior will be charged to the responsible guest.

No loud music, conversations, or activities which may disturb the rest or relaxation of other guests. Double Honor is a Kingdom-minded, non-denominational ministry. Please respect the faith and privacy of other guests by refraining from intrusive questions. All guests are free to share as much or as little personal information as they wish.
Attendance at a Double Honor retreat is not confidential but information shared during the group retreat sessions should be kept confidential.
EXPENSES for Guests
The structured Double Honor GROUP Retreats include accommodations, meals during the retreat, and mileage reimbursement of $0.20 per mile between your home and the retreat location. A maximum of up to $300 for meals and entertainment will be reimbursed for guests. NOTE: Double Honor does not reimburse for alcohol or personal grooming such as manicures, pedicures, facials, or hair salon expenses. Please ask your RETREAT LEADER before an activity if you are unsure about allowed expenses. Your receipts should be the ITEMIZED receipt listing the items purchased, not just the “total amount charged” receipt.
